Monthly Rentals in Wildcat Township

The Roost is exactly as represented. It is situated on the lake and has outstanding views. The directions and check-in information were very clear, I was able to drive directly to the property and check-in without any problems. I wanted something fairly private and although the Roost is in a residential neighborhood, the artistic landscaping hid the neighboring houses. Diane and her husband are the perfect hosts, there if you want them, but not intrusive. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. There is no access to the lakeshore, however there is also no beach to walk along at that point on the lake. The grounds have plenty of seating with a beautiful view of the lake and guests are allowed to roam the property and sit wherever they are comfortable. I stayed with my dog and felt quite welcome. I definitely plan on going back.

Lacy was proactive with communication and the space was very clean with everything we needed.

It is a very good place to stay. I will recommend it if you plan to visit KSU:)

We had wonderful stay at Sandra's place. It had everything we needed and was so quiet, cozy and peaceful. Would definitely plan another stay if we come to town again!
