Hi there! We are assisting my parents with renting out their downstairs room. The space includes your own bedroom and a dedicated bathroom on the first floor, while they reside on the second floor. Our address is near Safeway at 1455 Berryessa Rd, San Jose, CA 95133. This location is perfect for both work and leisure. It’s a quiet retreat just steps away from local grocery stores, simplifying daily errands. Additionally, its proximity to major companies makes it a prime spot for professionals.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This large bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin daybed. It is on the lowest level of a tri-level home. There is a shared bathroom just outside of the room. More likely than not you will be the only one using this bathroom. The other shared bathroom is upstairs and others probably wouldn't come down to use this. You also have access to the back patio thru a sliding glass door. Portable A/C unit available with an additional $6/day.

Bedroom in SJ, walk to Great Mall/Restaurant, Pine

Have peace of mind when you stay in our upstairs bedroom, and only share the bathroom with one more guest. You will have your own 43" Smart Samsung TV, and a small desk fit for a laptop. We'll provide all basic amenities during your stay. You are also welcome to share all common areas and a fully loaded kitchen (Please light or infrequent cooking only, if you plan to cook every day please ask us before booking). Street parking is free and should be available throughout the day.

Near and very easy to 880, 101 , Levis stadium and many famous companies. You will enjoy the stay in San Jose.

It is a very convenient location in North San Jose. Only takes a 10-15 minute walk to Safeway, CVS, Chase, BOA and a lot of restaurants. Public transportations are walking distance. Ten minutes drive to San Jose Airport and Downtown. Easy access to I-680, I-880 and US-101. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of street parking( street parking only).
