Helen was the perfect host, and her place in Frome was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome—immaculately clean, beautifully styled, and full of thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the White Company toiletries, fresh milk and bread waiting for us, and all the small details that made the space feel like home. Helen truly went above and beyond to make our stay special for both me and my son. She was kind, responsive, and couldn’t have done more to support our trip. The location is wonderfully central, making it super easy to explore Frome on foot. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone—whether you’re travelling solo, with kids, or just looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you, Helen—we can’t wait to come back!

Superb stay at The Cowshed, v peaceful. Satnav takes you straight there. Comfy bedroom & living area, fully equipped kitchenette, wifi, spacious wetroom with amazing shower! Perfect location to explore over a long weekend, we went to Frome, Shaftesbury & Stourhead. Fantastic pub The George at Nunney, just down the road, serves beautiful meals & v atmospheric. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 week stay. The cottage is very comfortable and spacious. Everything was exactly as described and the cottage was well equipped for a long stay. Stephanie and Charlie were very friendly and responsive to any questions we asked. New laundered bed linen and towels were provided each week. We can totally recommend the cottage to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in the countryside yet close to many attractions. Thank you both.
