This fabulous ‘Sea View’, beach house is only 30 yards from the sea and beach, whilst also central to Withernsea with views of the sea and lighthouse. This wonderful family sized home is perfectly located in the summer and is cosy in the winter months. Visit the fabulous surrounding area such as Spurn Point, Flamborough, Hornsea, Hull and Beverley. Sea View has 4 bedrooms; 2 king size beds, 1 bunkbed and 1 single bed, sleeping 7 in total. There is also a courtyard patio area. 1 dog welcome. 😊

Near the beach and fishing lake but only a short walk to the club house for food and entertainment. Passes need to be purchased separately from clubhouse for Swimming and other activities. A small village getaway for a relaxing break. Historic church and local amenities nearby. Perfect for a peaceful holiday. The property is newly renovated - hence the name. It used to be our shed! There is one room downstairs with a double sofa bed and a mini kitchen with combination microwave, fridge and two ring hob. Upstairs has a cosy attic style bedroom with a large Velux window. The ensuite bathroom has powerful shower. Guests have access to hosts BBQ in summer by arrangement.
