Our home has 2 reception rooms, a games room with a Pool Table, kitchen and utility, private outdoor garden & hot tub, downwtairs wc, 4 large bedrooms, one with en-suite, one for kids with arcade machine, x box and more, a family room with double bed, kids bunk beds and cot bed, master suite with a super king size bed. The whole house is rented to you and there are No shared areas or facilities, as your privacy is key.

This Grade II* listed building provides an excellent base for exploring Louth, the Lincolnshire Wolds and some classic British beaches. With it’s peaceful setting in a tiny village on the edge of Louth, the church also provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. We converted the church in 2014 and lived in it for 4 years until the arrival of our son, we love it and really hope you have a wonderful stay!

A 20 mins walk in to the town to explore cafes/bars & local independent shops, Mere, Museum, Honeysuckle Farm all well worth a visit. With lots of other near by places to visit in land and on the East coast. I offer early check in & late check out if no other guests checking in/out please ask.

The main promenade has all you would expect from a seaside town. The holiday house is suited to individuals, couples or families. We welcome four legged friends. There is a fully fitted kitchen, two living rooms, one with sofa bed, downstairs toilet and two double bedrooms upstairs. There is off road parking for one car.
