The house is within cycling distance of the clean Walcheren beaches of Zoutelande and Domburg and the Veerse Meer. The renovation of this former emergency barn was completed in 2020. The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

This monumental wheat mill offers the visitor peace and comfort, a vacation in a unique location between the Veerse Meer and the Zeeuwse beach. The mill can accommodate 4 adults or 5 people if there are children. The location offers lots of privacy, lots of outdoor space and is completely newly decorated. The apartment is very well insulated and wonderfully cool in summer and cozy in winter. Private terrace with large table and nice morning sun. Everything is around the corner... breakfast, bakery, supermarket, shops, restaurants and all the old buildings. Parking of car or motorbike in private courtyard. When we come into our narrow street, we still feel like we are on vacation.......De Graszode is an old sand ridge where a number of farmhouses have been built. Our farmhouse has a stone garden house with terrace, conservatory and covered veranda. Space and tranquility, a meadow with horses, Veerse Meer within cycling distance. Our cottage is not suitable for babies/children. But it is suitable for fellow musicians who want to come on vacation and still want to study every day.

Strandhuiszeeland is luxuriously furnished and has all the comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is new and very fully equipped in 2022. In the living room, you can enjoy a beach walk on a lovely lounge sofa. There is TV and (Bluetooth) stereo, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Our Tiny House/Studio is specially designed to relax and unwind. The matte lacquered wood and the sober surroundings radiate calm. The space is modern and industrially decorated without too many distracting elements. From the windows, you can see the dunes and watch the sun set in the evening. Through the window on the other side of the room, the morning sun shines towards you. You sleep in this Tiny House/studio less than 500 meters from dunes, beach and sea.

You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.
