My own rooms and bathroom on the 1st floor won't be part of the rent. I can open up another room for a child & 3rd person travelling. Our rural vacation home 'zur Linde,' built in 2017, with two modern apartments, is located in a wonderfully quiet location in the beautiful Franconia at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. The apartments are equipped with everything to provide you with a cozy and relaxing stay. The property is completely fenced and has a covered barbecue area with charcoal barbecue.

Our apartment is suitable for families, couples or business travellers as a pleasant retreat. The apartment has a spacious kitchen, which is well equipped, 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed. A large smart TV is also available to our guests. On request, we offer a bread service. Attached to the accommodation is a beautiful playground for children. Tennis court and outdoor swimming pool can be reached in 15 minutes by bike.

Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the premises. If possible, a sauna barrel can be booked on site.
