The three-room apartment is located in a quiet and modern residential area in Tiengen surrounded by greenery. The accommodation is on the 1st floor in the wooden house with elevator and consists of a large living room with screen, an open kitchen and access to a large balcony (14m2) with balcony furniture and gas grill, a bedroom with large double bed (180x200cm), a children's room with bunk bed (bottom double bed 140x200cm, top single bed 90x200cm) and a bathroom with a shower.
