Open dining and living area with spacious kitchen (equipped) and balcony. Bedroom with adjoining bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet). Separate guest toilet! Shower room in the basement, loft-like attic with 2 sofa beds, 1 S-chair, double bed and workstation. Ludwigsburg city center is easily accessible by car and bus in 10 minutes. Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Contemporary apartment on the Jagst in a quiet location

The building is located between the Jagst and the Jagst Valley Cycling Trail. The apartment is in the attic and is about 90 square meters. It is fully furnished. Bedroom 1 has a single bed and a double bed (160 cm), which is on a gallery and can be reached via a small staircase. Bedroom 2 has a 160 cm double bed and bedroom 3 has a single bed. The modern kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING that makes for a pleasant stay.
