Large bedroom with KingSize box spring bed (2 m x 2.20 m long), small living room/bedroom, living room with dining table, TV, stereo. Fitted kitchen with breakfast place, all appliances. Modern bathroom with corner bath and rain shower, washer-dryer use, small garage. Relax in the outdoor seating area in front of the house. You are in the middle of the historic old town and still sleep quietly.

The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
