Monthly Rentals in Wye

We were a group of school friends looking for a weekend getaway to celebrate our 'big' birthdays and catch up. Jenny made me welcome when I arrived, showed me around the house and gave me information about the village and surroundings which was very helpful. The mill was a beautiful location and the house was quirky and charming place to spend a weekend. It was comfortable, well equipped, clean, spacious and had beautiful views of the river. It was wonderful to sit outside on a sunny morning and look out over the river while having breakfast. The village is also lovely and has everything you might need so there was no need for us to get in our cars at all. We had lunch at the Tickled Trout one day which has a good menu and great garden and is right across the road from the house. We also took a walk into the countryside around the village and had a drink at The Hub cafe which had a nice, relaxed feel on a Sunday morning. All in all, we all agreed it was a perfect weekend!

Great host, we were left alone to enjoy the peace, but did have a chance meeting in the driveway. We opted for the Granary Breakfast for 2 days, where a selection of yummy homemade goodies were provided for us to serve ourselves. We loved our stay & would recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet, whilst being only a short drive from Canterbury

My stay at this charming Airbnb in Ashford was absolutely wonderful. The space itself was adorable — beautiful gardens, historic charm, and cozy in a way that immediately made me feel at home. But what truly made this experience unforgettable were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without ever being intrusive. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel not just like a guest, but like a truly valued visitor. Their warmth and thoughtfulness created such a comforting atmosphere during my time away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Colin & Julian have a beautiful place to stay. The house is in the middle of a picturesque hamlet and away from the road, so really quiet. It was very clean and well later out. Colin met us on arrival and greeted us in a friendly way. He was there if we needed anything, and came to see us again before we left. Definitely recommended to anyone who wants to stay in the area. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
