Our host was warm, welcoming, and truly thoughtful. The home was cosy and beautifully kept, and we felt comfortable right away. Her visitor’s guide was packed with excellent local tips and personal recommendations that made our stay even more special. A wonderful experience all around!

Thank you Debbie and Ian for providing such a brilliant place to stay! We had everything we could need including welcoming touches such as milk, juice, biscuits, tea, coffee and fresh flowers. Felt very private, even though attached to the house, with our own garden space and parking. Would thoroughly recommend and book again if we are in the area.

We had a lovely stay in the annexe. It was comfortable, warm and cosy. Kirsty provided a helpful welcome pack of milk, bread, butter and cookies plus tea, coffee etc which was a lovely touch and saved us having to rush to a shop. Parking was easy and Kirsty gave good directions and local recommendations. We would highly recommended this place for a quiet stay in Suffolk. Its a great location for exploring Bury St Edmunds and the local area. We ate in the local Blue boar pub and enjoyed the tasty home-cooked food.
