Vacation rentals with lake access in Xanten

We had a wonderful time at Sunny's Chalet! My dog and I immediately felt comfortable. The small chalet is lovingly decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you could need – even more. Sunny was always available, kind and warm. She gave us great tips for things to do in the area, such as visiting an ice cream shop she recommended or a trip to the national park. It felt like you were visiting a dear friend who fulfills every wish. Sunny has such a warm and open way that you feel immediately welcome. Our stay was more than just a place to stay – it was an experience full of warmth, comfort and beautiful moments. We will definitely be back and totally recommend Sunny!

What a beautiful house, sparkling clean, large kitchen, lovely lounge area outside under canopy. Beautiful hiking area within walking distance. Long table in the kitchen where delicious food and spent the evening with friends. There was glass jar on the table with cards asking questions. Conversation themes enough to come up with each other.

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

There were five of us in the house. Four spacious rooms for sleeping and a large living-dining area on two levels offered plenty of space to feel comfortable. There was nothing missing, neither in the kitchen nor in the bathrooms. Even spices were available. The pretty garden and terrace invited you to linger. The communication was very good. Always happy 😊

Absolutely lucky! Our getaway at this charming chalet in Lathum was just top notch. We were already impressed by the cleanliness of the accommodation upon arrival. Everything was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared – you immediately felt at home. For what is offered, the price is really more than fair. The location of the chalet is simply perfect. It is quietly located and yet many beautiful places and activities in Holland are wonderfully accessible from here. We can fully recommend this chalet and will definitely be back! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts for this wonderful stay!

Our stay in Vera's little paradise was for us. I don't want to know how many hours of work are in this wonderful garden and small loft. Both are full of successful creativity. Vera is a very warm and communicative person and a real power woman. Your suggestions for choosing the right dinner were very helpful and helped us have a delicious meal. We can only recommend enjoying this idyllic spot on earth for a few days and being inspired by the creativity. Maybe you are as lucky as we are and can enjoy a duck pair that has chosen Vera's pond as a temporary home. Obviously, not only do we people appreciate Vera's home. ;) Dear Vera, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we enjoyed it a lot.

We were only there one night to take a little break. For this, the place was perfect, the place is located just outside the urban area. Communication was great, we received a response very quickly. The key handover took place via a key box and our host also introduced herself personally. We found that very likeable and would definitely be back! Everything was great :)

Great location in the nice small town, where there is a lot to discover: good restaurants and many breakfast options, beautiful individual shops, old walls, direct connection to the Baldeneysteig and the lake, good parking in the immediate vicinity. Appealing decor, all there for a nice stay.

It was a nice extended weekend in the attic apartment, the AMBIENTE was perfect and the hosts were absolutely accommodating from check-in, to the accommodation of the e-bike on the property, to the provision of information about the area and finally also the farewell / check-out Michael and Sandra

Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and felt comfortable from the first moment. Already in advance, the host Yvonne provided us with numerous tips about the area, which made our stay even more relaxing. The apartment was in excellent condition and corresponded exactly to the pictures – stylishly furnished, very clean and decorated with a lot of love for detail. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic location with beautiful views of the lake – simply a place to breathe and enjoy. Yvonne surprised us with loving little things to welcome us, and you can tell in every corner how much heart she is in her place. If you are looking for rural idyll and tranquility, you will find it here – perfect conditions for relaxing, hiking and enjoying nature. And the popular outlet center Roermond is just 20 minutes drive away. We look back on a relaxing, happy time and are very grateful for this beautiful place. Absolutely recommended!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful house with associated garden, lake and 2 great highland cattle( Berta & Fernando). The house is small, but Anna has furnished it optimally with a lot of attention to detail. We lacked nothing! All spots such as the various terraces, sitting areas in the garden, the place on the lake, etc. were very cozy and extremely beautiful! The equipment is very upscale and very inviting! Communication with Anna was excellent! She was responsive at all times and responded to requests right away. We felt extremely comfortable and can fully recommend this paradise!! Thank you Gerwin. From start to finish the experience was great! Very responsive was really flexible so we could get in a little early for baby’s nap. The house was fab lovely decorated lots of things to do lovely bikes and my son loved the castle bed. The little beach is 5 min walk away and lovely. Very quiet and not touristy at all which was fab. Really would 100% recommend and would love to come back one day. Really fab stay will come for longer next time! Thank you again.
