Fantastic house great for big families! we felt immediately at home and whatever we needed from the landlord was constantly given to us without any questions! We felt always heard and the house it self was so clean peaceful and quiet! I leave Xarre happy and content! Also Xarre for the ones who don't know is super close to ksamil!! and the people in the village so lovely and friendly!!

A beautiful stay in a lovely, fresh and clean apartment. Everything felt brand new in the apartment and it was fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home right away. What really made our trip to Ksamil extra special was the excellent hospitality from our hosts. Aleksja and Luciano were both extremely welcoming and friendly. Checking in regularly throughout our stay and providing local recommendations about beaches to visit, restaurants and helping to organise a hire car. I would recommend staying at The Captains Residence to anyone visiting Ksamil, you will leave with excellent memories and new friends. Thank you Aleksja!!

I have had a pleasure to stay in all 3 of Laerts properties and I am more than happy to recommend staying with Laert. Property is clean with large balcony and nice view .You will have all the amenities for long and short stays.Laert and Nertila are always helpful and responsive if you need something.This place is literally 5 min walk from main promenade and 1 min from the market. If you are looking for good and affordable place to stay in Saranda then stay with Laert.
