Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Xirovrysi

Nice detached bungalow in a dead end street with beautiful houses. Quiet area, cozy restaurants by the sea are about 1 km away. Nice spacious kitchen, dining area and living room. The three bedrooms are nice and spacious with plenty of closet space. The bathroom is big enough, just standing in the bathtub is a bit cramped. Beautiful large covered terrace with 2 dining tables and lounge set. Parking is on private property. Many people have a watchdog, who regularly catch up. Atnight it was quiet. Convenient is the washing machine. Nice that there is Netflix too much. For groceries, there is a Lidl at 3 km. On the main road at about 1 km there are also bakeries and other supermarkets. Furthermore, there is a wide range of shops. The beach is close by and there are several places to sunbathe and swim. The harbor is very cozy. Athens is 45 minutes away by car. Parking in one of the many garages/spots near downtown costs about €10 per day. The airport is about 30 minutes by car, very pleasant. Nea Makri is top.

We had an unforgettable vacation in Kostas' house in the best October weather. The direct location by the sea and the incredibly beautiful view, the good amenities of the house and the entire ambience ensured a perfect vacation. The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. It is spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We especially liked the pool and the barbecue corner with stone oven. Communication with Kostas was always very nice. He gave us many great tips. One of the best places we've ever stayed. We will be happy to come back and look forward to next time.

Great apartment, exactly as described! Clean, tidy, easy to find and check-in. The location is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, bars and all sorts of other businesses - about 20min from downtown with no traffic.

Dear Artemis, Thank you very much for a wonderful time with you in Dikastka. Your house with pool was great and everything was perfect. Many thanks for your warmth and help if anything was missing. Our whole family felt very comfortable - everything we needed was also available for the baby. We can recommend everyone to get to know Artemis and her husband. The kilometer long beach is on the one hand nature on the other hand you will also find small tarverns. Thank you very much Jürgen

From the beginning, where communication was through messages, they were extremely helpful and responsive. The house (and the surrounding area was pentakathara), very thoughtful everything and smelled fresh and clean even the curtains. They provided us with everything we needed (even oven utensils for cooking), there were supplies of coffee, sugar, milk, jams, toast, oil, vinegar, spices, brioche (since it was Easter), spotless extra bath towels and sheets, full bathroom equipment, up to brand new, sealed slippers and toothbrushes for all of us. Even the broom and mop and sink sponge for the dishes were brand new. Generally there was nothing they didn't foresee, we were fully covered in everything. Kind and the parents of Anastasios who welcomed us with smiles and good mood. We'll definitely go for them again since we rested and felt at home. Thank you very much for everything!

Very beautiful and spacious house, as well as very nice and original decorated. As an observation, it's a good idea to leave the windows reclining so that the space is ventilated.

The apartment was beautiful, as shown in the photos. It was clean, had a washer and safe which was important to us. It’s very modern and well designed. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was perfect. It’s only a few steps once inside which is very convenient.

Constantinos was totally incredible. He went out of his way to help us get around as the roads were all blocked for a local race. He even picked us up and got us out of the blockade so we could get a taxi. Even more incredibly when we were unable to return to the apartment for check-out due to the heavy traffic, he came to the airport to pick up the keys. Can’t say thank you enough!

Mania’s place was exactly as it is shown on the pictures. Amazing location with sea view and 5 mins walking distance from the city centre. It was clean and spacious.

Having the large outdoor patio area all to ourselves almost doubled the living space of the apartment. And the views were beautiful from the patio. The apartment was clean and as described. Host was very responsive. And very accommodating.

Our stay at the home was great from start to finish. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal — quiet but at the same time close to all points of interest. The host was friendly, helpful, and always available for any questions we had. I dont have the words to describe how good was our stay at Logothetis place. We just loved everthing. The aparment was quiet, beautiful, spacious and tidy. We came with our 3 month old baby and it was very comfortable. The neighbourhood was so nice and relaxing and above all Logothetis was so kind and helped us with everything we needed. This place was perfect. cant wait to come back. Thank you Logothetis!

Both Julian and his apartment were peaceful and friendly. He was always there to guide me being my first time in Greece. His apartment is so spacious and clean with some items in the bathroom and kitchen to support my cooking and wàshing. He was so kind and helpful to me.
