Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

What you see in the pictures is what you get. We have been renting to tourists for well over twenty years now. It's not quite all-inclusive but stocked with everything we can think of that you may forgotten or need to get your vacation started. It is perfect for thrifty travelers like ourselves.
