Or ride the bus 30 min. from downtown Kyoto or 20 min. from JR Otsukyo Sta. and get off before Hieidaira convenience store. The host will meet you there. Bus service drastically reduced since Covid-19. Free parking space. Easy access to both Kyoto and Lake Biwa. Rich in nature. Completely detached, full privacy, handy & cozy like home. ここは京都のお隣にある大津市石山です。琵琶湖の一番南側に位置していて、川も流れ、豊かな自然がある素敵な街です。JR京都駅に3駅の13分、大阪駅に50分で到着します。ここ石山駅周辺は自然に恵まれていて、更に石山寺を代表とする歴史的な建物もあり、日本人の観光客も沢山訪れていますよ。さらに飲食店も豊富に立ち並んでいて、滞在中食事場所に悩んだら、私に相談してくださいね。私は日本でも三大和牛に選ばれている近江牛のお店がお気に入りなんです。 日本一大きな湖の琵琶湖に接する瀬田川は緑が多く、流れも緩やかで、川沿いや琵琶湖のほとりをゆっくり散歩すると心が安らぐのを感じられるでしょう。さらに瀬田川にかかる唐橋は歴史的にも古くから交通の要として栄えました。 また人気の観光地MIHO MUSEUMへも石山駅からバスで向かう事が出来てとても高アクセスですよ。 彦根城へも石山駅から電車で向かえます。 お部屋は多数の照明が心地良い雰囲気を演出し、240センチ幅の大きなベッドでゆっくり旅の疲れを癒せます。私はこのお部屋の夜の雰囲気が好きで、みなさんにも是非体感して頂きたいです。瀬田ゴルフ場も車で8分です。

Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.
