It was built as a maker's studio, so it's great for small retreats for sewers, knitters, and scrapbookers, as well. It is not suitable for those with difficulty climbing stairs.

It is a lived in home at the times Airbnb guests are not visiting. The neighborhood pleasant, quiet and safe. A separate small family apartment is attached to the Airbnb, similar to a duplex. Soundproofing between units maintains privacy. Please respect my home and neighborhood. No loud partying or loud music.

The Village Vista accommodates five guests & is a light filled 800 sq foot second floor unit with two bdrms, each with a queen bed & ac window unit. The second bdrm has a twin bed as well.
