Monthly Rentals in Yorktown

Nice and close to Ball State. Bed was cozy. Coffee available. Kitchen is well equipped if you wanted to cook. Living room spacious and comfy. Good water pressure in shower. Clear instructions. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for what I needed. Was in Indiana for a graduation and wasn’t at the place much but when I was it was very comfortable. Couldn’t beat the price, I would recommend it.

Easy location to find and located in a quiet area. Lot's of room throughout the home. The beds were comfortable and the heating and cooling features were good with the jumps in temperature we saw during our stay. If we are in this area again, we will definitely plan to stay here again if it's available.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Both the home and the hosts were fantastic and exceeded every expectation we had. If you're in the area for a graduation I highly recommend this venue!!
