Vacation rentals with lake access in Yucatán Peninsula

Cheaper and better than a hotel as even on vacation I prefer to live privately like at home. Very nice house and all amenities are in order, great contact with the host. Short walking distance to a public beach entrance. Going to the beach on foot, you have to cross a road that gets extremely busy in the rush hour and the pedestrian crossing traffic lights are out of order. However we found a pass underneath the road: as you exit the condominium territory, shortly after security checkpoint, there is an empty land lot on the right. Turn right and follow a footpath. We’d love to return to this place.

The house is beautiful with a great location and very well appointed. It's perfect for spending a few days and relaxing.

This is the perfect house for a large group. My party of 10 adults loved the house and the location. The pictures don’t do it justice. We especially appreciated the outdoor kitchen and the use of the Beach Club next door. Our host Luis was very responsive to all my questions. Checking in was a breeze! Pablo the onsite maintenance guy was great. He helped us with so much during our stay and he does a great job maintaining the house and the beach club. Thank you so much Pablo! Our overall experience was amazing and 100 percent recommend staying at this property!

If you want to live an extraordinary experience, away from tourists and with a spectacular view, this is the right place! The lagoon is beautiful, the facilities are comfortable, to enjoy the outdoors! The kitchen is full enough for cooking and drinking water is provided. A caretaker is present 24 hours and always ready to help you. Special mention to Fili, who lit us a charcoal BBQ at 42 degrees Celsius!!! Our hosts are very responsive and quick. Provide traffic jams for sleeping, as the road is busy and the birds sing very early in the morning. It's a real paradise!

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

I stayed with a group of eight people, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Karina was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The location of Karina's Airbnb was within walking distance of some restaurants, beaches, and convenience stores. Overall, we had an amazing time at Karina's place!

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

I highly recommend this Airbnb perfect location. Host was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The cleaning ladies were very helpful and respectful. I will definitely be back.

My short stay with Luz & Dale was excellent! Very clean apartment with all essentials and a beautiful little patio area in the backyard. But what stands out most is their warm welcome and hospitality. They were so helpful! I will definitely come back! I would highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

This was a great place to stay and the host was top notch. Had a minor bathroom issue that was not in their control and they fixed it immediately. I would recommend this Airbnb for anyone. One thing I did like was that there was a security check in station to enter the community

The place is very quiet to be a private, very safe, you can walk to the beach and the ferry that goes to Isla Mujeres, I consider it an ideal option for families who want to spend their holidays with a spectacular stay. It will definitely be a next place to stay. You have at these meters convenience store and pharmacy. and 10 minutes shopping malls.

Agree to what is expressed and promoted. It would be very valuable that I know will clean the sargazo of the beach area. It would be a super plus that could be worth an increase in cost. But an excellent host. Very friendly and attentive to everything.

This is my second time visiting Ily and Enrique's house; and it won't be my last! The calm and tranquility you find in Chabihau is very special and this is reflected in the space of Ily and Enrique. The house is perfect and has more and more amenities. We found a grill with cut wood and made some phenomenal charcoal burgers. The house has everything you need to have a good time, rest and comfortably enjoy the peace and quiet of the port. It's cool, has fans and also climates in the rooms, but the enjoyment is outside, in the sun, the wind, the birds that constantly stop by to visit and see if you left bread crumbs on the table. The pool is perfect and the palm trees bathe the garden's stay to enjoy the sun and warmth of Yucatan. Being at the foot of the mangrove is really beautiful and going to the pier both night and day is something you can't miss. I hope to return very soon to your casita! Everything was fine as the description explained, some details with the light that were resolved by Jhonatan and his family. The comfortable rooms, it has the basics to stay there and there is a restaurant option.

What a dream! Olga and he place are so much fun! Sitting out on the deck watching the water is what it’s all about! The kayaks, coffee, tea, and laundry were all a huge plus! But Olga and her care really made this place above and beyond! The town is great and there’s lots to do and see even in the rain. Recommend for a relaxed time in Bacalar ❤️
