Nice place just near shops and restaurants. Walkable to ADO bus. Quite at night. Hot shower and fluffy towels.

we really enjoyed Alberto's place. We had air conditioning for the living room and the bedroom. Kitchen was fully outfitted. we had bed sheets and towels. Excellent cleaning service halfway through the week. The place was steps away from the boardwalk.... Central to everything. The dive shop I used was a six minute walk and a 2 minute walk to the ferry pier to go to Playa Del Carmen. We highly recommend Alberto's place for anyone visiting Cozumel.

This was the perfect spot for one or two people that are trying to see Plya del Carmen (and close by) on a budget. It was conveniently located in the town next to drugstores, supermarkets, restaurants, and (of course) the beach. The host was very accommodating and promptly provided extra towels upon request. I will definitely be staying here again.

This place is located toward the southern part of the island, providing a quiet stay with some great restaurants and attractions which are close by (Punta Sur). The suite itself was wonderful. Excellent views, spacious, well stocked and clean. Definitely will book again on our next trip back to Isla Mujeres. Our host was excellent and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an extended stay on the island at a reasonable price that’s hard to beat!

The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Very comfortable, the bed is super comfortable. The pool is big, very good!!. Super quiet environment. Recommended if you want to rest. The bar area is very close, you can tour all the beaches and bars on foot without any problems, the distances are very short. Maximiliano is very attentive, he answers all your questions quickly.

100% recommended Very clean apartment and perfect for a couple or a single person. A 5-10 min walk from Quinta Avenida, with private underground parking for the car and a washing machine. The apartment is located next to a Walmart in case you want to make a big purchase for your stay and cook in the apartment. Cozy and quiet place. Just a few blocks from 5th Avenue. If you don't mind walking around to get to 5th, this is a place for you. It has small shops around and is two blocks away from the main avenue where you will find many shops and restaurants. There are taquerias very close by and malls. This is a great place for two people although in the description it says for 4. It's small but has what you need. It's worth the price. The area is quiet and the people are very friendly.

Andreas is a very helpful host, the suite was clean, bright, and well appointed. The view and sunsets are amazing. Would recommend highly!

We had a great time at Chris and Lena’s loft. Great spot for a week long getaway. We were surprised to learn it wasn’t numerous photos of one pool but three identical pools! So, we often had it to ourselves. Would totally come back.

Great location, quick attention to questions that may arise, accessible during check-in times, close to Chedraui, but as a guest you must learn to read the instructions provided by the host. Since it's almost without accurate and concise to help have a more enjoyable stay

Everything great. An extra point is that there is hot water at all times of day. 3 minutes from Plaza Galerias.

Thank you for hosting us at this incredible place! Surrounded by so many great restaurants and easy Ubers around the city! The rooftop is spacious and the pool is outstanding. The rooms have great A/C and the there’s a kitchen and fridge in the room. Juan Carlos is an amazing host and I recommend this spot to my friends and family.
