Vacation rentals with a patio in Yucatán Peninsula

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

Great place, great staff and great value. Easy going, yet efficient. Felt safe for both our car parked outside and ourselves inside. Breakfast was a bonus. Will definitely be staying again when in the City and will be recommending to friends.

Great place to stay, and a very walkable location. Zanda offered beach chair, and towel rentals that were very convenient, as we packed light. The AC was great. There was a bit of noise in the street at night a few times.

Very nice apartment, as described, communication with the host pleasant. The environment is secure, peaceful. And the very kind caretaker. Perfect for my first stay in Mexico. Especially by car, everything is 5/10 min away.

Jarek’s place was exactly what we were looking for a short stay: tastefully decorated, spotless, and off the beaten path. Instructions provided for arrival and getting into the place were thoughtful and helpful. We were very happy and look forward to returning!

The stay is very nice, there was a confusion because we understood that it was a complete accommodation as the ad says but it turns out that they are two suites that share pool and kitchen space. Wouldn't have a problem but the idea was a romantic getaway. Better put "shared accommodation" to avoid confusion. Overall we had a great time, and the cleaning girl was very attentive. The location is also not very central so it was good for us to bring our vehicle. We would come back in another plan but not for a romantic getaway.

Probably the best Airbnb I've stayed in. Easy check in, right by 5th Avenue and beach clubs. The apartment was clean, plenty of towels and refreshments. The windows are all tinted so noone can see in, small balcony that's great. Very spacious bed and bathroom with an additional toilet. Quiet area. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very spacious, the photos do not describe the proportions well since it is larger than what is appreciated, the beds are double and the mattresses are very comfortable. There is an axxo very close and the main one is a couple of streets away, taxis are constantly passing by. It is about 10 minutes from Playa del Carmen centro (Chedraui). there are very nice beaches nearby, I recommend the beach 88. In gral everything well, both Cristián and Mrs. Lulu were on the lookout and were friendly with some doubts I had. I highly recommend your stay. Thank you.

Great location, quite easy to get to downtown. It is a very comfortable house that has everything you need, the pool is ideal for your stay. plus there were always execelent recommendations to visit. we will definitely be back

We had a great stay at this house. The pool was very nice at the end of the day, the kitchen is functional. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Excellent location, the house is very spacious with everything you need to have a nice vacation We just thought the pool was very cold And we had a problem with the clothes dryer, but in the end we figured out how to use it Thank you for everything and we hope to return soon

The place is very cozy, very nice! And there is a beautiful kitten who welcomes you and plays a lot, I loved it!

We had a great time, Francesca's house is perfect! Well-equipped, secure, in front of the pool and well placed to visit the surrounding sites. The people who monitor access to the residence are very nice and helpful. Francesca, despite her physical absence, was always available and provided good advice. if we have to come back to this area, we'll be back with pleasure at Francesca's ☺️ We highly recommend this accommodation.

This is a great little place to enjoy your time in Cozumel. Just outside the city in a quiet area but easy to get everywhere. I rented the scooter and do glad I did instead of a car or taxis. Alan the manager was super responsive and I arranged pickup from him at the dock which was super helpful to find the place and we even made a stop on the way. My goal was scuba diving at the local marina and this place was perfect! For my first trip to Cozumel, I wouldn’t have done anything different. Thank you!!

You can’t beat the location of this property. One block off 5th Ave and a taxi stand on the corner.

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

Our family left this vacation so relaxed! We took a red eye flight and got to Takh early in the morning. We were expecting to leave our luggage and take an Uber into the hotel zone to grab some food, but to our surprise, they accomodated an early check-in which helped us get settled quickly. The staff and security downstairs were so lovely - we felt safe the entire time. Although there was air conditioning, we loved having the balcony doors open with the ocean breeze cooling our space down instead. We ate breakfast outside daily, and the view was perfect for peacefully starting the day. The second room had two beds, so even though our sons had to share a room, they liked having their own bed. 3 full bathrooms is such a plus! The pool upstairs was easy to access and clean, however, my family and I ended up walking across the street to the beach more since it was so close. Thomas was so helpful and responsive! Thank you for such a great stay.

Spacious, wonderful vacation place. Nice tile work throughout, microwave, modern appliances, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer were handy. Kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook because we were always going to restaurants. Air conditioning worked well. Close to everything, convenient to grocery store, walmart, restaurants, 5th avenue and the beach. We definitely would stay again. My highest recommendations to Marion and this place!

We stayed in the accommodation with two adults and four children, and we had a really great time. Everything was exactly as described, and the layout of the space worked perfectly for our combination of older and younger children. The private pool on the rooftop was a real highlight – especially for the kids – and added a beautiful, relaxing touch to our stay. There are several options nearby for going out and dining. As long-term travelers, the street noise behind the house was a bit much for us, but I can imagine that not everyone would be as sensitive to it as we were. The hosts were always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-equipped accommodation – thank you for having us!

Loved this spot! It’s kind of right in the middle of the island so convenient for both playa Norte where the party / crowds are, as well as punta sur. Isla village is right beside it and has good restaurants and cafes etc… the pool is awesome, beds are huge (very firm), and the cleaners came mid way through the week which was nice. Would definitely stay again
