This place is placed perfectly in Dipolog with the airport, boulevard and the main highway in proximity Sebastian was very flexible with the check in/out times. He had no problem with us checking in at 9am vs 2pm the day we landed. Also, this house has absolutely everything! All you need are your clothes lol. He also provides a few USBs loaded with Movies to enjoy at the end of your day after exploring. We will be making this trip often and we'll be staying with Sebastian next time.

Communication with JB was excellent. He was always responsive and very accommodating. He was happy to meet our needs and went out of his way to help us. He picked us up from the airport and took us back as well. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. We also had no issues preparing our own meals. Although the internet was not exactly as promised, the speed was still good. It was also nice to have small touches like coffee and a new toothbrush. There was hot water in the shower as well. The place itself is quiet and not far from the main road. Within walking distance, there is a small shop and a market where you can buy groceries. Overall, for the Philippines, this is a rare and excellent accommodation, and we were very satisfied.

I've had the pleasure to stay in this unit i guess 6 times. I feel at home here. I could live here. Nice and safe neighborhood. Has a nice peek a boo view off the back bedroom. Only negative is occasional barking dogs..usually in the AM. Host and her staff do an amazing job. Note: They use a mattress pad cover as a sheet.. but if that concerns you just ask for sheets which they'll glady supply. Home away from home 😇
