Never met Lee but the host was very helpful for anything we were looking for . From food the fun , shopping and comforts I would differently come back here

The place was lovely and spotless! Close walk to the beach. Pool right outside your back patio. Wish the pool area had umbrellas but nice nonetheless. Great restaurants nearby and lots of fun things to do! Highly Recommend!!

Our stay at Victor and Dora's place was excellent. The condo was just what we expected. The proximity to the extremely quiet beach was exactly what we hoped for. The neighbors and complex personnel were friendly and respectful. Victor and Dora provided a lot of information regarding things to do in the area, and recommendations for shopping and dining. We were happy to enjoy the perfect weather, beach, and peacefulness of the location. Every inquiry that we had was answered quickly. It was clear that Victor and Dora cared about helping us, if we needed assistance. While being close to the beach and quiet were our priority, we were very close to groceries, pharmacies, and some very good restaurants. Being just over thirty minutes from the airport also made the trip easy. Overall, we are thankful for the assistance provided from Viktor and Dora and highly recommend their condo and them as hosts.

Our family of 5 had a great week at the apartment in Rio Grande. It had great space, plenty of kitchen cookware, and a beautiful view from the balcony for coffee each morning. We appreciated the beach supplies too. It was a great home base for exploring the area.

Cathy was an incredible host - the most responsive and communicative one we’ve had! The lodging was clean and comfortable. The resort and view from the porch was stunning. She made sure we had everything we needed for our children to sleep well - a pack and play and a toddler bed rail. This location is perfect for kids with the beach and pool so close by. It was easy to do things with the kids without having to leave the resort. Loved having access to the golf cart. Would certainly love to come back to Cathy’s place! The home and resort were stunning! Loved the back porch!

We had an amazing stay at this penthouse! It looks exactly like the photos, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The location was great—just a 30-minute drive without traffic (or 45 minutes with traffic) to the airport or San Juan. Mario was a fantastic host, checking in throughout our trip to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. The home was fully stocked for cooking, the beds were super comfortable, and they even provided everything you could need for a beach day. My son was especially excited about the boogie boards! The apartment is very spacious, so we never felt cramped, and it was perfect for our family trip celebrating my mom’s birthday. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to bring our friends next time!

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

Great stay they really are superhosts! We were a family of 7 with 2 babies. Apt had everything we needed including things like children's swim vests, toys, and upon request highchairs + baby cribs. Beautiful pool view from flat and close walk to the private beach. Pablo was quick to help with concerns regarding water boiler and local recs for nearby groceries. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks for having us!

This is an excellent location to stay when visiting Puerto Rico! Central to many beaches and very close to El Yunque! The private beach was awesome and the place is private and safe to walk around and enjoy a morning run. Thank you to Luis for allowing us to have a great experience in Puerto Rico.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

We were a group of 6 women for my friend's bachelorette. The location is unbeatable being so close to Luquillo Beach but also having your own private beach view. We couldn't access the private beach because of the high tide and rocks, but the view is stunning. And the place had everything we needed except an oven. The only thing to note is that the place was smaller than I had expected from the photos. Mainly the living/dining/kitchen combo room which is small but this didn't really affect us because we were out of the place most of the time. Also, the bunkbeds aren't too comfortable with 2 adults in the bottom bunk which is to be expected. I think this place would be absolutely perfect for a couple with their kids or a small group (4-5 max). I would definitely stay here again with a smaller group.

My husband and our daughter stayed for 12 nights. When we walked in the condo smelt clean. Everything was neat and not dusty. The area was secure and the neighbors that live in the condos full time are very nice. The pool was right downstairs with access to another near the beach as well. Which is walkable. I had several questions throughout the stay just about places to eat as my teen is picky with food. Not only were they answered promptly, but she could relate. Communication with Yaitza was smooth and she was great to work with. We would most definitely look into renting with her again!

The view from the condo is beautiful. The beach and pool we had basically to ourselves. We felt safe in the gaited community and location was easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo for day trips. My kids loved the kitties. Grocery store was also only 10 mins away.

Great location, the upstairs neighbors were also extremely helpful in showing us the quickest way to the beach and the cluster's private pool.

Excellent place to stay. The place is clean and looks better in person. I felt at home in this villa. Convenient to margaritaville and the beach. The resort amenities make this the place to be. Adriana is an exceptional host! Proactive in providing clear instructions and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great week at David and Anthony’s condo. They were excellent hosts and always quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The complex is quiet and secluded and the beach is excellent. It’s clean and safe and very family friendly. It is a short drive to many nice restaurants and stores. It’s also a great location for day trips such as El Yunque, Old San Juan, or the ferry terminal to Culebra. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico. And I would recommend Anthony and David’s place for any couple or small family.

A really amazing place! It fit our party of 6 so comfortably, and the location was perfect. Within 15-30mins of the major sights. Our teens LOVED the private beach, and all the terraces in the apartment. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive when needed, and the house came stocked with drinks and everything we needed to cook meals. Would definitely come again!

This is a cute condo with a beautiful beach, we felt like we were on a private island! It’s a great location to hike the national forests and far enough away from the big city. Lots of extra beach gear was available to use. I’d definitely recommend Juan’s place!

Just returned from 2 weeks at Rio Grande The location of this condo was perfect ! Beautiful quiet beach and large swimming pool and views of El Yunque from the balcony So many delicious restaurants within a few minutes drive… too many to list Loved exploring different beaches and having the use of the wagon and beach chairs and towels was an added bonus Carl was the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered !! Any minor issues were dealt with immediately!! Looking forward to returning to Puerto Rico one day Thanks again Carl for a memorable holiday!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The listing was just as described. Super convenient to get to local restaurants and attractions. The pool and beach were just steps away from the house which was a big plus. Highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with kids. Vanessa was a great host and was so wonderful with communication. Looking forward to visiting again!
