Carlos was very attentive, responsive, friendly and welcoming. This beautiful apartment was perfect for me and my family to spend our long weekend. Carlos had everything you can think of regarding kitchen equipment, bathroom necessities, pool and beach essentials, even BBQ grill ready! We are most definitely already thinking about our next stay.

We had a great time in PR for my daughter senior spring break trip. Our rental was nice, clean & quiet. The beds & sheets were comfortable & the A/C kept us cool. We appreciated the beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels & cooler. There were plenty of bath towels & extra blankets as well. The hosts were quick to reply with any questions we had. We would stay here again. It was very close to the rainforest entrance & not far from Luquillo Beach or the excursions on the East side. We didn't get to take advantage of swimming in the ocean in front of the condo complex as it was red flags all week. We kinda expected that though from all the research we did ahead of time. The north shore beaches are generally too dangerous for swimming, especially in the winter. The beach was beautiful & natural though. You can walk in either direction. Loved all the palms & pines. The pool was the perfect temp. We would take a dip after exploring for the day. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

feeling safe is extremely important to me and Juan's condo hit the mark along with a beautiful view. wish there was more room to fully unpack suitcases and instructions to operate TV. also appreciate having two bathrooms. highly recommend Juan's condo for a relaxing feel at home experience.

We had not gone to PR for about 10 years missed our island soo much. I am glad i rented this place, it was beautiful front beach and great pool area. The Beach is not for swimming it has a red warnning strong currents. So we drove to seven seas and to luquillo most of the time for the beach. But the place was clean, air conditioner on every room and living room. Master bedroom was comfy and big bathroom. My kids loved it and felt like home. Thank you

Beautiful place and great location!!! Super close to Margaritaville and Luquillo Beach. Found good restaurants and Walmart was appropriately 20 min away to get stuff we needed. Found a quiet beach and enjoyed ourselves. We had a group of 6 and we had plenty of room. Had a great stay. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay. Space was very clean and neighborhood felt safe. Hosts were very kind and responsive. The only thing was the hot tub wasn’t working correctly and didn’t heat up enough to use. Overall would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The accommodations were command clean and very convenient to El Yunque. The best of all though was the spectacular view from our living room!

We had a great stay at this spacious, nicely decorated apartment in a super convenient location. As a penthouse unit, the rooftop terrace was a huge bonus—perfect for kicking back and relaxing. Everything was clean and thoughtfully stocked—we especially appreciated the little extras like toiletries, beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler), and the s’mores kit! It’s a walk-up (four short flights) and conveniently close to the pool and basketball/tennis courts. The kitchen had everything we needed (just note there’s no dishwasher), and the beds in the master and second bedrooms were very comfy. Restaurants, grocery stores, and nearby towns like Luquillo and Fajardo were all an easy drive away. There was a power outage our first night (island-wide), and while there’s no generator, the flashlights and candles helped until power returned a few hours later. Jose was always super responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We loved our honeymoon stay! Hector was super responsive and so accommodating. We had low batteries in our CO detectors upon arriving, he immediately sent the fire department within the hr to ensure safety and replaced the old detectors with new ones in the same day. That gave us total peace of mind. Space was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen. Restaurants near by were great. There is a rooster at the neighbors, but that’s most all of PR, and I personally like the wake up call. Police station is right down the street and the neighborhood was a quiet residential street. They supplied a beach kit with chairs, blanket, towels, and snorkel gear which came super in handy! Even gave us a bottle of champagne to toast our marriage. Definitely go to Amor & Harina and get a pastry and sandwich! Luquillo beach nearby is beautiful but more a tourist attraction. We hung out mostly in Farjado and Las Croabas for local vibe beaches and Seafood.

Thank you Sonia for a wonderful stay! Your warm welcome and quick responses made everything so smooth. The coffee machine, came in handy. The house has so many other amenities besides the AMAZING views all around. House was very clean. We also appreciated the helpful local recommendations. Nearby is El Yunque Rainforest, Richie’s restaurant and Kiosk. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled with a family, so there were 8 total with 4 kids under 7. The owners were very pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. They were quite understanding when my child broke something. The property is generally well maintained, had everything we needed and more to enjoy the pool and beach area! The ocean waters were calm and shallow, which was excellent for our small children. The heated pool was fantastic especially on a cloudy or rainy day. I didn’t realize that the top and bottom floors were not internally connected but that was ok, just not ideal. All in all, a fantastic stay!!! I would go back, without hesitation.

My family and I had the absolute best time in PR and were so happy with Eve’s home. It was easy to navigate to, private, safe, accessible to excursions and supermarkets. Most of all we felt comfortable and at home. Eves home was very charming, clean, cozy, easy access to resort for the day if you wished to go. Eve was responsive and so helpful and made great suggestions. We were sad to leave but will definitely come back. We loved our stay there!!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

The house and property was exactly as shown. The surrounding homes were in different levels of conditions. The home had a brick and cyclone fence boarding the property line which was private and very safe. We enjoyed the swimming pool throughout the entire time. The property was only approx. 400 feet from the beach and there were many other beaches there in the area. There was 10 adults and one child and there was plenty of room for everyone. When we got at the home we called Carlos about not having hair dryers and he rushed 3 dryers within 2 hours. Carlos was very responsive and courteous. We are looking to stay there again.

This place was phenomenal!!! First of all, I don’t know if there is a better location that places you directly adjacent to all of the best excursions in and around the Rainforest. We were a 4min drive from Carabali Rainforest Adventure park where there’s horseback riding, ATVs, go carts and even a restaurant. We were a 7min drive from the meeting point for El Yunque zip lining, the BEST way to view the rain forest and 10mins to Luquillo beaches and restaurants. Secondly, the property is amazing. Chip and Joanna Gaines would love this house. The aesthetics of the interior are “farmhouse chic.” it felt like high and luxury, but still very close to the natural element. I would The views of the mountains and rainforest from the pool, the Master bedroom, the kitchen and the back patio are breathtaking. Each day our children as well as those of our travel companions wanted to head back early enough to enjoy the house and to have dinner together. PERFECT end to our PR vacation!!!

What a wonderful stay @ Loly’s place. I haven’t visited my home is over 39 years. Now married with children, it was our very first experience as a family traveling to Puerto Rico. Loly’s place made our first experience together a memorable one. The place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was exactly what we needed with growing children that need their own space. The pool is literally steps away. The private access to the beach about a 3 minute walk. I felt like home staying @ Loly’s place. Luquillo beach , and El Yunque rain forest is just but a 12 minute drive from her place. Fajardo just 25 mins away. The only hiccup and it has nothing to do with Loly or her place is the power outages , although brief most of the time it can happen at any moment. So if you’re traveling with little children , something to consider. All and all our experience was great and Loly’s place made it memorable.

Very comfortable, nice location, nice pool, beautiful beaches in the area. Luis was very responsive and recommended nice places.

Our stay at Diana’s was like having a home away from home. The pool and seemly private beach were just what we were looking for. The location was also perfect for day trips to El Yunque rainforest, local restaurants and multiple other pristine beaches. Diana was an amazing host super responsive and understanding to all our needs. Highly recommend this stay!

I had a great week at David and Anthony’s condo. They were excellent hosts and always quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The complex is quiet and secluded and the beach is excellent. It’s clean and safe and very family friendly. It is a short drive to many nice restaurants and stores. It’s also a great location for day trips such as El Yunque, Old San Juan, or the ferry terminal to Culebra. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico. And I would recommend Anthony and David’s place for any couple or small family.

This is a cute condo with a beautiful beach, we felt like we were on a private island! It’s a great location to hike the national forests and far enough away from the big city. Lots of extra beach gear was available to use. I’d definitely recommend Juan’s place!

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and very clean

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful home away from home. So convenient to walk to the beach, and they provided boogie boards, beach chairs, games and mroe. I loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings, as well. This served as a perfect home base for us with easy proximity to San Juan, hiking at El Yunque, visiting the Luquillo Kiosks and more. We utilized the kitchen, laundry, and had comfy beds and plenty of hot water for showers!
