Monthly Rentals in Zionsville

My family and I very much enjoyed staying at The Scholar! We felt that the home exceeded expectations for a comfortable, spacious, welcoming, and family-friendly place to stay. Lora was an excellent host and communicator. This home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with much to do within walking or biking distance or a short drive. We hope to stay here again when we’re back in central Indiana!

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The bathroom was a lot bigger than I expected and the bed was so comfortable. It was really easy to find and I felt really safe the entire time! Would stay again!

It was perfect for what we needed it to be. If you are in the area for an event, say a wedding, I would suggestion this home over a hotel. Easy to get it, very nice little town. The house as perfect with 3 bedrooms 1 bath, full kitchen and family room. In addition the house was super cute, came with a few board games, really great experience. Couldn't have asked for a better host.

Great spot to stay when in town. Quiet and yet easy to walk to multiple restaurants.
