Die schmucke Unterkunft bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Eine bequeme Sitzecke, Ess- u. Arbeitstisch, Kaffeemaschine Delizio, grosses Doppelbett (180x200 cm) und eigener Sitzplatz im idyllischen Garten sorgen für Freiraum und Erholung. Sehr zentral gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Vacation home "cozy"

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

Holidays like on the farm. New three-room apartment on the top floor of a newly renovated Walserhaus. Obersays is located on a sun terrace above the Grisons Rhine Valley. Far away from noise and fog and yet can be reached in a short time from Chur. Experience special moments in the middle of country life in this family-friendly environment.

Small paradise in the countryside - 2 room apartment

The cottage is a 7-minute walk from the village at 980 meters above sea level in the countryside. It has two apartment. The lower apartment is rented. Vättis has a grocery store, an excellent hotel, a gas station and many very nice people. It is a hiking and biking paradise and offers a lot of peace and quiet.

In the beautiful Bündner Herrschaft, you can enjoy a break in a small studio on a vineyard. There is a separate entrance and a terrace with seating available to you. The unique landscape invites you to many excursion destinations and sporting activities in the region or simply to relax.
