A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

Probouzet se s výhledem na kopečky Vizovických vrchů uprostřed trnkového sadu za zpěvu ptáčků je dokonalou terapií na vyčištění hlavy od městského života. Pohovku umístěnou u obrovského okna situovaného na východ s výhledem na Vizovické vrchy a velkého okna na sever s výhledem na trnkový sad využijete na klidné chvíle a zakusování něčeho dobrého. Je vhodný na kratší pobyty, pro jednu až dvě osoby. Je umístěn v zahradě za domem majitelů se samostatným vstupem ze dvora.

Our Apartment is part of family house where we live. It has separated entrance and it is separated from our part of house. Apartment contains one big sleeping room, one smaller sleeping room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Our house is situated in quiet location 5 minutes drive from historical city center (taxi ~5€) of Trenčín. In summer days guest can use the garden with beautiful view on mountains for relaxation. Parking is directly in the garden next to house.
