After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Parking is available right in front of the house. Whether you are a vacationer or a business traveler, you are very welcome!

Welcome! We are about 15 minutes walk from the center of Ebingen in a low-traffic residential area. The granny flat with separate entrance area is completely at your disposal: Bedroom with large bed (1.4 x 2 m) and wardrobe, a living-dining room with kitchenette + additional sleeping option on the sofa (1 x 2 m), the daylight bathroom with floor-level shower niche and underfloor heating. We are a family of 6 with a dog and look forward to seeing you soon!

Equipped with wooden parquet, underfloor heating and central ventilation. You have a magnificent view of the garden and the Swabian Alps. The house is conveniently located, Tübingen and Reutlingen are a 15-minute drive away, Stuttgart and the exhibition center are a 30-minute drive away.

The property in Balingen is centrally located yet in nature. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and beautiful surroundings. A spacious terrace invites you to relax at the apartment. In the immediate vicinity, you can go hiking and cycling. The apartment has one bedroom, a sitting area with flat-screen TV, a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. Balingen is located between Lake Constance and Stuttgart.

The vacation home has a separate bedroom, a spacious living area and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Free parking is right at your doorstep. The entrance area is covered and has a spacious terrace, which can also be used as a carport in winter. The sofa can be folded down and, with its 1.40 m width, offers space for two more guests.
