Monthly Rentals in Zoundja

After Grand-Popo, we settle in Hévier, near Abomey-Calavi, a strategic location that allows us to easily reach Ouidah, the beach road or the center of Cotonou. We are staying in Marcel's villa, a cozy and thoughtful little house. It has three bedrooms, including a master suite, as well as a large living space open to a very well equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, stovetop and even a dishwasher, a real plus! All rooms are air-conditioned and ventilated, offering good comfort despite the ambient heat. The outside is rather small, but it has the advantage of having a nice little pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Budget level, it takes just under €50 per night, plus electricity costs. A good base to shine in the area!

Bkap was a very nice apartment situated in a lovely quiet environment, and it was as shown in the picture, the receptionist are very nice and always ready to help in time of needs. However, their electricity policy was the only issue I had with them, perhaps because I didn't understand French and it was written in French that the guest are responsible for the electricity bills, other than that I really do enjoyed my stay.

I highly enjoyed my stay in this quiet neighborhood with friendly people, no traffic noise and clean air. The apartment has everything you need, no matter if you want to work or just relax. At walkable distance from the IITA campus that also hosts other CGIAR centers like the World Vegetable Center and the Alliance Bioversity-CIAT. Great value for your money!
