Here you have the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands!

Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. Boutique Casita makes it happen! Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €20 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.10 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

Friendly holiday home Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

Onder de duinen, en op slechts 300 meter van het strand ligt onze studio met alle luxe die u verwacht. Het gezellige centrum van Zoutelande ligt eveneens op loopafstand. Een prima locatie om te geniet van een heerlijke vakantie. De studio is geschikt voor 2-3 personen met een totale oppervlakte van 35 m2. De studio is kindvriendelijk en beschikt over een eigen terras.

Het vakantiehuis is gelegen aan de rand van Veere, grenzend aan het Veerse meer en op 5 km van het strand en Middelburg. Een diversiteit aan goede restaurants en bezienswaardigheden vind u op loopafstand. Door de centrale ligging een fijn vertrekpunt voor fietstochten en wandelingen door het prachtige Zeeuwse landschap en uitgestrekte stranden.
