Our time at Deluxe Appart & Hotel was amazing! It exceeded all expectations! Amazing location near the train station, wonderful amenities ( free mini bar that gets restocked ), clean room, clear check-in instructions and amazing communication with the host. Did not have an issue with the noise in the neighbourhood and felt safe! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Zurich!!

Lovely place to stay. This is more a boutique hotel than a typical Airbnb. It would be so nice to be able to check in early after an overnight flight but at least they let you leave your luggage. The breakfast was good and with the local prices is a good deal. The morning desk clerk was rather abrupt, everything was just a matter of fact, the complete opposite can be said of the afternoon attendants. It is a very comfortable place to stay with easy access to the old town.

Very well located accomodations in the center of Zurich. Friendly hosts and an incredibly walkable area made for a good pit stop on our travels through Switzerland. Room is small, but cozy - no problems for my wife and I, but taller individuals might struggle in the smaller shower.

I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could. I was arriving super late and they did all they could to make me comfortable. They also made me some amazing spicy soup at the restaurant downstairs, which helped with my cold. :) Everyone was nice and friendly. Room was super clean. Train station within a walk, then a direct train to Zurich HB station (about 15-30min ride), from there the city is yours. I would stay here again.

La chambre était petite mais très propre avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin (y compris des adaptateurs pour les prises). Nous avions réservé une place de parking payante en avance, utile quand on arrive tard le soir. Le check-in était facile et électronique grâce à une machine à l'extérieur permettant de récupérer les clés et payer pour le parking et la présence de mon chien. J'ai eu la bonne surprise de trouver une niche confortable avec des gamelles, una attention adorable. Même si la salle de bain est commune, nous l'avons trouvé moderne et propre. Pour visiter Lucerne, loger dans cette Guesthouse une nuit était pour nous économique. Nous recommandons ce logement, parfait pour y passer un court séjour !

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit betreut und bekamen ein Zimmerupgrade. Das Guesthouse ist sehr einladend eingerichtet und die Gemeinschaftsküche ist ein tolles Angebot. Das Preisleistungsangebot stimmt, wir können das Guesthouse sehr weiterempfehlen!

Sehr praktisch für Übernachtungen als Familie. Zimmer und Bad sauber. Gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche (erstaunlich sauber!), unkompliziertes und freundliches Personal, grosser Platz vor dem Hostel, wo die Kinder herumrennen können.
