In apartment 4, the question arises as to what the greater highlight is: the brilliant panoramic view over the lake. Or the overwhelming rooftop terrace that you won't tire of enjoying. The best way to get to downtown Leipzig is by S-Bahn [suburban train], which you can walk to in 5 minutes from your apartment. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.

With its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor area, the Elster Park is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit period. The bright 97sqm loft on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (orientation northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-person kayak.

I am happy to welcome you to the castle. Apartment No. 5 is located on the upper floor (2nd floor) next to apartment no. 4. The rooms are large and overlook the park to the north and east towards the church and entrance to the Audigast. This was one of the main servants' rooms, but today it is a modern version that protects and connects the past and present.
