The apartment is designed as a partially separated room with a double bed and a kitchen with a small couch, where another person can sleep if necessary. Elevated ground floor, 7 stairs.

Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!
