House vacation rentals in Zwiggelte

There were four of us for four days and it was very pleasant to stay in the garden. We had our peace of mind at the campsite and a lot of privacy due to the hedge. The garden was generally very nice with the dining table, the hammock and the sitting area. It's not incredibly big inside, but the space was still very good! Linette was super friendly and everything worked out with the check in.

Perfect place to stay if you enjoy the beautiful, quiet surroundings of the Beetsterzwaag forest. Great for a family of 4 with small children. There’s a playground across the street with an animal farm. The supermarket is within walking distance (10 min)., And you are literally around the corner from biking and walking trails. And, only 30 mins away from a city like Groningen or about 1h from the Wadden sea coast. The hosts are warm, friendly and very helpful.

Super cute and stylishly decorated little cottage for up to 4 people. Very clean, everything you need is available in the kitchen, e.g. a microwave is there. There is also a small but fine, fully fenced garden. Totally easy check-in and check-out. Communication with the host is great. She responded very quickly and kindly. But our absolute highlight was the sand dune nearby,mega beautiful We were definitely completely satisfied and can recommend the cottage and the hostess without hesitation. Full five stars

We, 2 adults & 2 boys aged 7 and 11 years felt right at home in the accommodation. It was super clean and lovingly furnished. Everything we needed was there. Both the terrace at the house and the terrace by the water invite you to spend wonderfully cozy hours. In the park itself, the children were able to ride their scooters, jump on the trampoline, swim in the indoor swimming pool or pedal boat. Janna and Christof are great hosts who respond immediately and were friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times.

We stayed with 3 adults for 3 nights in the beautiful bungalow and had booked the wellness package with sauna and hot tub at an additional cost, which we did not regret. :-) The location of the bungalow right on the edge of the forest was just perfect, beautifully quiet and in the middle of nature. Messages and questions were answered quickly and helped directly. We had to do in advance that there is not much to see in the vicinity and therefore had packed our bikes, otherwise you can reach everything else in just under 10 minutes by car. For families with children, the Capfun campsite with swimming pool, large sandy beach, indoor playground and much more is right next door.

How we enjoyed our weekend in the woods! The communication with Sophie was very nice. I had some questions about the welcome package about dietary requirements and she thought well about this. We could also buy through her wood, as we came by public transport and could not easily take it with us. Super nice that you could, the fireplace finished the cozy evenings. We also opted for a late check-out so that we could enjoy the cottage a little longer and take the cream workshop at Lotte's in the afternoon. A very nice end to the weekend! The cottage itself is located in a beautiful park among the trees. Even in winter you are surrounded with greenery and you can enjoy all the birds and squirrels in the garden. In short, a wonderful place to spend a number of days. Small tip for the train travelers: on weekends, the public transport bikes at Ommen station are very popular, so come early or bring your own bike:)

The house was really great, on arrival it was even more beautiful than in the photos. Furthermore, the instructions on how to get in were great and had clearly described everything. Tip, but really read the book first before you try to get the lamps on, you save a lot of time haha. The rooms were super nice and spacious. The only point of criticism was that the doubter is really small (we gamble 120 cm), 2 adults do not fit in. On the other hand, the bed in the master bedroom is super large and you can easily enter it with the 3rd.

It's a great nice cottage in the backyard. very quiet, everything you can think of is there. we had wonderful days and Yvonne is very hospitable.

We were warmly welcomed by Karolien. The house was spacious and equipped with all the comforts. A pleasant quiet area. If we had any questions Karolien responded immediately and communicated in a pleasant way. Very satisfied.

Great and charming house in beautiful surroundings. Nice hiking areas. Short distance to several cozy cities. Convenient kitchen for cooking cooking. Quiet and peaceful at night, we slept well. Plenty of room for everyone in sofa area for evening fun. Nice garden and birdsong.

We felt super comfortable in Paul's house! Great house for 8 people, as you have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a separate toilet. All windows have fly screens, which is very convenient. Very nice garden and terrace, everything very clean. The kitchen is totally well equipped, we didn't miss anything! Very quiet location, but the nearest town with a supermarket is not too far away. The swimming area/sailboat are across the street, but that didn't bother us. We definitely want to come back 😊

This quirky cottage is very well equipped, full of character and set in a beautiful and tranquil location. The local town of Oldberg offers a supermarket, bakery and chemist shop plus a couple of café/restaurants and the cottage is close enough to the major routes so as to offer easy access to larger settlements such as Zwolle and Heerenveen. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the property to those seeking a bit of peace and quiet in pleasant surroundings.

Maurits really is a super host. Friendly, responsive, helpful; among the very best hosts at airbnbs we've stayed. The kitchen did not have a microwave, and he bought one for us. Would stay with him anytime anywhere. Location was perfect, walk to bus stops, center of town, and both an Albert Heijn and Jumbo. The house was an authentic schipperswonig, but outfitted with an electronic lock system and heating system that was quiet and effective. Note three things to guests: (1) typical Dutch flight of stairs, but good handrail and perfectly navigable (better than most); (2) oven and mirrors at height suitable for > 180 cm tall Dutch person; (3) Groningen is a university town and current next door neighbors are students who had extremely noisy friends every Thursday night (very late); they did respond to our complaint, but needed to be told twice. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

We were surprised by the large of the house. 3 large bedrooms, where the curtains unfortunately let a lot of light through. Nice spacious living room and dining table. We just missed some mirrors. 1 mirror on the bathroom for in my case 6 women is really too little. Should have hung a mirror in the bedrooms. But price technically definitely very interesting and highly recommended.

Eveline & Bastiaan, thank you providing such a beautifully furnished and equipped accommodation. We specifically enjoyed the privacy and remoteness of the accommodation and the fact that it is securely located within the private grounds of your house made us feel at ease that our bicycles could be stored safely. The beds are very comfortable and with the stillness of the night we were guaranteed a great nights sleep. Parking within the grounds was very convenient and made it easy to unload and load our luggage. Thank you for being available to assist with advice. Great place & great host who responded quickly to our questions… easy check in & out…. Great location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but within walking distance of stores and even the historic old Kampen… we visit Kampen often to visit family and will also look for her listing…!

Very nice place for 6. We celebrated an unforgettable Christmas (partly because we heard the name of our upcoming granddaughter). Jeannette personally invited us on Christmas Eve to a short outdoor activity with gluhwein and music under the Christmas tree. The city center with all imaginable shops and restaurants are easily accessible 10 minutes away. For a few small, unforeseen, things, Jeanette, kids, and partner were immediately ready to fix it. In short….. do… very fun.

We had wonderful days! A very comfortable cottage that was not lacking, in a very quiet area, in the middle of the meadow. A short distance from Leeuwarden. Very friendly owners. Highly recommended!
