From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10-minute walk to the city center's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and beautifully decorated with tasteful furniture and there is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen and four bedrooms, one of which has a huge sleeping loft.

Cozy 1 level villa with hot tub/hot tub in the garden and outdoor cold water shower. Closed and private garden and large wooden terrace with garden furniture, umbrella and both gas and charcoal barbecue. The villa is close to child-friendly beaches and beautiful Riis Forest with lots of opportunities for movement.. Only 4 km to Aarhus C, but both bus and light rail connections in walking distance. 5 min to smaller shopping center with groceries, women's and men's clothing and optician, ATM and dentist.

From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)

Luxury villa by the beach in Aarhus

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start your day with a dip or walk down to the local baker. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe, and restaurant scene where you can find everything you want. We rent for some weekends or when we go on holiday - please write us if you have any questions.

The bedrooms have a 210x210 double bed, a 140x2m double bed and a baby bed. Dining can be arranged on 2 couches for lack of beds.
