Not far from Aarhus C, our house is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. We have a large garden, a lovely terrace with morning sun and the basement full of activities for adults and children. In the house there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed, room for extra bed in the master bedroom if you need a bed for smaller children, 2 bathrooms, large living room + dining room, fireplace living room and kitchen with access to the garden. Free parking on the residential road. The host lives in the house upstairs the apartment.

The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please be aware that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Kysthytten is located by East Jutlands most beautiful bathing beach, Saksild Strand (250m), 20 min. drive from Aarhus. A holiday home on 2 levels, 140 sqm for 7 persons and direct access to enclosed patio. From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start your day with a dip or walk down to the local baker. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe, and restaurant scene where you can find everything you want.
