Studio flat, 28m2, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, bright, 5 min walk from the market, the moonlight stroll and the Prieuré beach, 10 min from the town centre and the Écluse beach. Free on-street parking. Accessibility : the studio is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a lift in the building, which requires ten or so steps to be climbed beforehand. Independent access is possible via a secure key box. Wifi Rated 2 stars since 2020.

Located in a quiet area of Dinard, you will have easy and free parking in the cul-de-sac. The house is 2 km from the city center, so it's best to have a car! Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., after these hours we have a key box.
