Situated on the North Wales coast, at the foot of the Carneddau Mountains and with views across to the Isle of Anglesey, this beautifully renovated former Smithy, just off the A55, is the perfect location for exploring the treasures of North Wales. Relax in front of the woodburning stove after a days exploring, watch the sun set over Penrhyn Castle, take a walk down to the beach, or enjoy a drink at the The Slate Tavern and a walk home across the fields. Tan Lon Cottage is an idyllic break away.

This converted stable block is situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park making it an ideal base from which to explore the wonderful surroundings. A stone's throw from Zip World and a short walk from the Glyderau, Y Stabl is also an ideal base for those with an adventurous spirit. The mountain scrambles of the Ogwen Valley, rock climbs of the Llanberis Pass, the mountain bike trails of the Gwydir Forest and the beaches of Anglesey and the Llyn are all easily accessible by short drives.

'The Wool Store' at The Old Sheep Farm Situated in Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) yet still only a short drive from the seaside town of Llanfairfechan, this 2-bedroom rural retreat is full of character. The original rustic charm has been perfectly paired with modern amenities, so you can enjoy the exposed beams and cosy wood-burner, alongside underfloor heating and a spa-style shower. Views of the hills rolling down to the sea on the North Wales coast, this really is a special place to stay.

Stunning Cottage near Aber Falls
Tyn Y Ffridd cottage is situated in the heart of Abergwyngregyn, home to the stunning Aber Falls waterfall which is in walking distance. The cottage is grade II listed and has been completely renovated. Inside consists of one double bedroom which sleeps 2, a cosy living/dining room, 1 bathroom with shower, W/C and sink, and a kitchen. Outside has private off-road parking and a raised patio from which you are able to take in the surrounding greenery, as well as the stunning views of Anglesey.

Self contained riverside suite, Llanfairfechan
Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

Relax after a day in the mountains in this, cosy, dog friendly cottage on the edge of the village of Rachub. A five min walk from the door to the mountains. The cottage has lovely original features, such as the charming staircase, exposed stone inglenook fireplace with log burning stove (logs not provided) & wooden floorboards. Quality cooker, fridge and kitchen items. Sleeping 2 in a super king Feather & Black bed with Emma mattress, a z-bed is available if requested for a young child.

Our guest suite is ideally situated for those who wish to explore North Wales’ beautiful and picturesque mountains and coastal areas as well as experience adrenalin busting adventures such as the zip line, quarry karts and quarry flyer at Zip World Penrhyn Quarry in Bethesda, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Hafod, Bryn Hall
Stunning two bedroom cottage situated at 1000ft above sea level within Snowdonia National Park. Fantastic sea views, incredibly quiet mountain location in one wing of a historic quarry owner's house & former youth hostel. Perfectly situated for exploring the mountains & coastline of N. Wales, you will be genuinely amazed at our location nestled high in the mountains but so close to the sea. 10 mins drive from Zip World Penrhyn Quarry. Clean, modern & well appointed. Ample parking.

Riverside Lockup House - Bethesda
Riverside Lockup House is situated right beside the River Ogwen which has breath-taking views from the rear balcony a great place to sit and unwind with a glass of wine/prosecco or whatever you prefer. Recently renovated to a high standard the property is located just of the main High Street within walking distance of the local pubs, takeaways and shops. Zipworld is only 5 minutes away and if you love walking there's an array of walks to suit all abilities on our doorstep.

Bethesda - Y Fron Isa - Snowdonia - Zip World
Welcome to converted chalet located at the bottom of our garden at the foot of the Carneddau Mountain Range in Bethesda. It contains a small kitchen with all basic utensils, pots, pans, kettle, toaster and electric hobs. We also supply tea, coffee and fresh milk + towels. It is a stones throw away from the famous 'Zipworld' (15 min walk) as well as the Glyderau mountain range(10 / 25 min ), and a short drive from Snowdon (15 min). Perfect location to experience Snowdonia.

Y Bwthyn - The Cottage
A very unique cosy property converted from an old stone outbuilding. The cottage is on the bank of the Caseg river and surrounded by a quiet garden, providing an excellent retreat, while only 5 minutes walk from the amenities of the local village Bethesda. Take a local walk in the Ogwen valley, to Zip World or access climbing, walking, mountain biking and kayaking activities in Snowdonia directly from the cottage. A relaxing evening soak in the hot tub can be recommended.

Cabin - Camping Municipal!
Our Cabin has a Queen size bed, a single Z-bed (if requested). There is a mini wet room with Toilet and an Electric Shower. The Kitchen facilities include a fridge with, an electric oven / hob, microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher. We provide a Smart TV and Wifi access. The cabin is separate from the main house. If you need any crockery or cutlery that's not already in the cabin, feel free to ask!
