Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away, and Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski resorts (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40–60 minutes.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

We wish you a pleasant time in our small, cozy accommodation near Lake Constance/Lindau (about 10 minutes by car). Here, you can do anything you like—from taking a walk to relaxing. The A96 motorway is only 5 km away. There is also an Edeka store and a fast-charging station for electric vehicles there. You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Public transport and the highway are close, ideal for excursions to the four-country region of Lake Constance.

In the spring of 2022, we will open our second apartment. On the upper floor there is an identical apartment. The apartment is located on a fruit farm that is organically managed as a sideline. The apartment is located in the middle of fruit trees. We are located between Allgäu, Lake Constance, Vorarlberg, and Upper Swabia, so the location is ideal. Shops serving everyday needs can be reached in 3 km.

Schwatzenmühle

Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cozy temporary home for both families and single travelers. Situated in the middle of the Dreiländerck, on the eastern Lake Constance, you can be in the island city of Lindau, 5 km away, in a short time. Also not far away are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking natural idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.
