This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtenthaler Allee . Bus stop 1 minute . Walking distance to downtown 12 minutes. It is located on the 2nd floor in the back of the building, very quiet view of the countryside with balcony ,parquet floor , high speed internet, Bluetooth speaker . Animals are not allowed Cleaning fees of €40.00 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a visitor's tax of €4.50 to be paid at check-in per person per day. Registration form must be completed.

Here in Achern you will find a number of cultural and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity (outdoor swimming pool, excavation lakes, city garden,...) The train station is about a 15-minute walk away. TV available with antenna TV and Wi-Fi

In this apartment (bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, open study, bathroom) you will feel comfortable. The historic building belongs to a former knight's estate, whose beginnings date back to the 17th century. The house has been extensively restored. Located at the highest point of the old town, you will enjoy a great panoramic view. From here you can perfectly undertake trips to the Black Forest, Baden-Baden and Alsace.

Our guests are welcome to use our sunbathing lawn with sun lounger. The municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.90-2.20 p.p./night (to be paid on site).
