Vacation rentals with a patio in Agistri

The unit is new modern renovation, very clean, quiet and great location just 5 minutes walk to the beach, bus, Starbucks, good restaurants, mini markets. We're traveling almost 3 months from Malaysia to Greece, this is the first place that the bathroom shower water doesn't wet the floor :). Jonathas is very kind host, he let us check-in early and help us checking for the bus route to Temple of Poseidon. The Ktel bus from Athens to Temple of Poseidon stop at Batis bus station, about 1.2km. We waited for Ktel bus departed in Athens at 3pm and the bus arrived at Batis bus station at 3:42pm, we raised hand to call the bus and got to Temple of Poseidon for beautiful sunset, then took same bus back leaved at 6:30pm. Also, about 20-30 minutes to visit Athens center attractions and nearby beach towns. We love to come back next time for longer stay.

Thanks a lot for Polina for the accomodation. Very very nice place to stay in Athens. The location is very good - close to metro tram station Neos Cosmos - about 7-10 min slow walk. Right opposite the house there is a small local store with food and everyday stuff. In the flat itself there were all basic necessary things for simple cooking like oil, salt, seasoning, tea, coffee machine for nespresso capsules. There are well working AC in each room. The house is not large, suitable for small family or couple. There is a nice small balcony with table and chairs. All furniture is very fresh and clean, the flat itself after repairs. I would recommend this great place for enjoying Athens.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Athens! The location was perfect—just minutes from the Acropolis and within walking distance to everything I needed. The neighborhood felt safe and local, giving me a true taste of Athens. The apartment was just as described—cute, cozy, and ideal for a solo traveler. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city, especially those traveling solo. Would absolutely stay here again!

This apartment not only offers incredible views of the Acropolis it is so convenient to everything you could plan on doing during your visit to Athens. Romanos was a great host and was always extremely responsive to questions and provided great recommendations on restaurants and places to see!

Clean apartment with beautiful roof terrace. Perfect location with good connection to the center and the airport and many good cafes and restaurants nearby.

The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment is worth for the price since it's very close to all the landmarks of Athens. The apartment is small and comfy, suitable for families with two children.

Christos was a great host - very friendly and an active communicator throughout every step to make sure everything went okay. He gave us local recommendations and was always available. The home was great & the outdoor patio is lovely - we saw three sweet sunbathing cats.

Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. This is a fantastic place to stay - we had 4 days and wished for longer. The house is exactly as described/pictured; spacious and full of light and colour. You really feel like you know the hosts a little bit, even if you don't meet them. We loved hanging out with their cats and our kiddo loved their kid's room. The other huge plus is the neighbourhood - there's no better place to stay in Athens, IMHO. It's a short and largely off-street walk to all the main sights, but the street the house is on really does feel like a little village. It's pedestrianized and incredibly quiet. Head down the block, though, and there's everything you need within a couple minutes walk - a lovely cafe, a bunch of great restaurants, a solid little grocery store, a few great places to stop for a drink, etc. Just the best possible home base to really enjoy Athens.

This was a great stay for our family of 4. Walkable to everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Host was very kind, helpful and responsive. Place was clean and safe. Can't beat that view!

beautiful little apartment in a neighborhood that is not touristy, so not too many people which is nice there are super markets for shopping .dimitris was responsive to each request. the apartment was very clean. nothing was missing. the.metro is a 10 minute walk to 2 stations from the acropolis. brief value for money perfect.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is centrally located with almost all tourist venues within walking distance. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful arranging setting up transportation to and from the airport. We would highly recommend this Airbnb. It’s definitely a 10+.

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Great place, close to everything. Views from the rooftop pool were amazing. Had an issue with AC just one day as it was hot, but other than that it was a perfect stay. She was very accommodating. Thanks! 😊
