The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no enclosed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden share with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take a while for the heating to start in Wolken.

The Forstgut Tanzenhaid in Middle Franconia is a private property. In the middle of the beautiful forest and pond landscape of Tanzenhaid lies the manor house built in 1725. This was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished according to the latest standards as a vacation home with a lot of style and attention to detail. It can be reached via private forest paths and offers our guests peace and quiet and the experience of idyllic nature with forest, water and meadows.

We have placed particular emphasis on high-quality and comprehensive equipment. The cottage is idyllically rural in a former holiday resort and offers a lot of privacy.
