Astrid was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. During my stay, I experienced a medical emergency, and she went above and beyond to assist me, even accompanying me to the pharmacy since I don’t speak German. What truly touched me was how she checked in on me over the following days—a gesture that showed genuine care. Her home was absolutely lovely: beautifully kept, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether short or long-term. The stunning water views and nearby beer garden added to the charm. While the house was impeccably clean, it’s worth noting there’s no microwave (the oven works just fine!). For groceries, dm and Rewe are about 2km away, easily accessible by bus. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this was by far my best experience. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! I can’t recommend Astrid’s place enough—it’s truly special.

I booked Uli's apartment for an employee on business and I received very good feedback from him. The check-in went smoothly and my colleague immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is modern and cozy, as shown in the pictures. The apartment is nicely bright and very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you only have to shop to be able to feed yourself. A discount store is within walking distance. Uli himself is a friendly host and it was a very nice stay. I would be happy to book again when we are around.

My husband and I stayed at Martin’s place for 2 nights. His home is very clean, beautifully furnished, spacious and in a quiet area. I cannot emphasize enough on how truly clean the space is. We used the main bed which was very comfortable. The location allows exploration of nearby areas such as Wurzburg and Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Thanks to you and your lovely wife. We hope to visit again and stay longer.

Place seemed sketchy at first but is an amazing place. Great city and community just absolutely loved it. Beautiful bathroom as well as kitchen. Had everything we needed, couldn’t ask for anything else.

A very great property with a lot of love for detail. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was very straightforward, friendly and accommodating. Dancinghaid is the perfect place to relax with friends and family. Everything has been thought of in the house and you immediately feel comfortable. Always happy to stay again! 🌞

We had a very nice time in Steinsfeld. The surrounding fields are great for walks with dogs. The house is very cozy and has everything you need. Our children also felt very comfortable. Rothenburg takes about 10 minutes by car, which is definitely worth a trip. The wildlife park in Bad Mergentheim is also highly recommended for a family trip.

The place was lovely. The garden is unique and spacious. You can wonderfully concentrate on playing games and spending time together here. Wonderful for a weekend with friends or family. The dogs also felt very comfortable.

My family enjoys renting historic properties, and we’ve been fortunate to have done so many times across the world. The challenge for owners of such properties is keeping the historic authenticity and charm of a place while also creating a space that is free from centuries of grime, comfortable and satisfies our modern expectations of efficiency. Ursula & Thorsten’s little house maintains all of this flawlessly, and they are attentive and gracious hosts. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Beautiful, peace, clean, perfect!

Beautiful accommodation in a historic cottage with lots of flair, great renovated and super cozily furnished. Top location in a small, quiet alley; bakery, restaurants, the recommended beer museum and a large, free parking is still only a few minutes walk away. We felt very comfortable here and will be happy to recommend the house of Kerstin and Robert in their circle of friends.

We stayed at Lilly and Rolf’s place together with our friends and kids and had a wonderful stay. They were very kind in letting us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with seasonal drinks and given great recommendations. Their place is a short walk to the subway and the accommodation is really comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We spent an extended weekend there for the 5th. We received all the information in advance and spontaneous changes were also responded to in a friendly and immediate manner. The place was spotlessly clean, everything from aluminum foil to hand mixer and plenty of towels available. We lacked nothing! Beautiful decor and quiet location are added. Liebe Juliane, We had a great stay in your apartment! Right on the courtyard garden, at the entrance of downtown and yet close to the university which was important to us. Thank you so much for allowing us to flexibly top up from one to two guests-the apartment was nice, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed. As coffee junkies, the coffee provided brought us well over the days. All in all, we felt very comfortable in beautiful Bayreuth. We will be happy to come back! Christine

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

great host - very good communication!

We had a lovely stay. Check-in was quick and efficient (we also arrived 15 minutes after the agreed time because we forgot to change the bus and Dietmar had an appointment: D). On a hot summer day, it must be great to sit on the small terrace by the river. We only had time to sit there once. It's easy to get around by public transport from the apartment. As well as there is a supermarket close by (Edeka). You should be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor if you are difficult to walk or can barely lift your suitcase. The apartment is top decorated and a sea of choices for TV entertainment (Netflix, etc.). We didn't miss anything.

Our family enjoyed staying at the apartment as a starting point for visits to Playmobil Funpark. The apartment is clean and spacious. Our welcome was extremely friendly and warm, and we also received good tips for things to do in the area. Especially recommended is the family-run Franconian restaurant right next door. The communication was very friendly and lightning fast.
