Really enjoyed our stay at Greggs accommodation. It was clean, spacious and very well equipped with en-suite bathrooms . On site gym and spa were perfect for us and we were able to walk to nearby Celebration Point. Host was extremely helpful and friendly. We would recommend a stay here.

Gregg's place was great! A very convenient location to spend time with friends in Gainesville and be close enough to family in Chiefland for an extended weekend. The condo was perfectly comfortable, conveniently located on a major thoroughfare, and we loved access to the pool for relaxing chill time in the mornings. We would definitely rent again for future trips to visit with friends and family. The Red Rick Kitchen down the road was our favorite food of our entire trip. We visited their space twice in three days. The condo was close to the main road which did add a little traffic noise when we utilized outside spaces. At the pool, however, the location of the lounge chairs directly next to hyacinth bushes with the lovely fragrance, and the birds chirping in the area were a welcome distraction which far outweighed any traffic we could hear. The pool/hot tub were closed for repairs the last day, but the folks in charge allowed us to chill poolside anyway. Much appreciated!

Centrally located, clean, and comfortable.

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for exploring Gainesville and surrounding areas. Would recommend.

We visited Gainesville for our daughter’s graduation and chose Giri’s listing because of its convenient location near both her apartment and the university. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and the property was well-appointed. Giri was an excellent and responsive host—⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for his hospitality. Pros: ✅ Walking distance to the university ✅ Clean and modern space ✅ Digital entry and thoughtful touches throughout ✅ Well-stocked with essentials (coffee, sugar, laundry detergent, soap, etc.) ✅ Giri’s communication was top-notch ✅ The environment was mostly quiet and peaceful, just as described Cons: ⚠️ We had the upstairs unit, and when the downstairs was occupied, noise traveled quite a bit—felt like we were sharing a living room. Soundproofing could be improved. ⚠️ While we understand graduation weekend is a premium time, the nearly 4x markup was steep, especially for a one-bathroom unit. All in all, a good experience—but fair pricing, even during peak weekends, would make it even

My family and I had a great time at Jeffrey’s place. I was worried it would be cramped for the six of us but it wasn’t at all. Plenty of room, great location and nice, thoughtful extra touches. Look forward to coming back soon.

Margaret's place it great. I had to bring my dog for consultation at the University of Florida Small Animal Hospital and Margaret's place is literally 2 blocks away so it was perfect for me! The university is right around the corner and very convenient for everything on Archer. The complex is very quiet and easy to get to. The parking is right outside the door and check-in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again if it's available.

We used the condo as a base for visiting family and grandchildren nearby. Location is close to several good restaurants, a large Saturday morning farmer's market. First floor in a three story building made unloading and repacking the car easy. Colleen went the extra mile in locating an ironing board and iron to enable some quilting projects while we were staying there. When there was a minor electrical issue with one of the bedroom wall outlets a professional electrician showed up the next day and fixed the problem. We plan to return next year.

Staying at Terri’s place was a great experience. Everything was super clean and spotless. She was so thoughtful and sweet to leave wine and snacks and even treats for my dog. There were clear instructions on how to check in and even inside the air bnb for things like how to use the dishwasher, where to leave towels, etc. The place was very cozy and warm and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend Terri as a host. 10/10 stay!

The house was great! The beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were spotless clean and the house was very big! We usually stayed in the rooms so can’t tell you much of the downstairs floor or green area but it was also very clean and neat. There’s two parking spaces available, which is very convenient if you are traveling with a group and the access to the house was very easy. Rei was an excellent host and was constantly communicating before, during and after the stay, so that is a huge plus!

Rental is exactly like the pictures and the host is a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions for everything you need to use the property. Location is very close to downtown Gainesville and a short drive to UF. Beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. Parking can be slightly tricky with larger SUV’s, but there is definitely ample private parking available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeremy's house. Not only did everything we expected to find work, there were more bits and pieces than we had expected. The pool and games room were easy to get into and there were special towels set out for pool use, and pool cues for the games room. The estate is well kept and we had one day of grass cutting, leaf blowing and routine maintenance while we were there. We didn't hire a car, but Uber found us every time we sent for one. Altogether very good.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.. Cynthia was amazing and made sure that we were well taken care of. Check in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and welcoming. The next time we visit the area, we’ll definitely look to see if this place is available before looking for any other place to stay.

The unit was clean to my satisfaction- kitchen, floors, bathrooms had been recently and properly cleaned prior to the arrival. Added bonuses were the king bed is very comfortable (did not try the other one), shower pressure is good and handheld shower head also a bonus. Parking is easy and close to the unit. The unit was mostly quiet and peaceful my only complaint is that my last night there a person next door (not sure if it was an actual housekeeper for an adjacent airbnb or a resident as they eventually left with multiple bags of trash) went on a massive cleaning binge at 1:30 in the morning. They dusted/ swept/ vacuumed and moved things very loudly alongside the wall on their unit which is where the headboard to the bed is on this unit. It sounded like a giant was caught in a toy box and trying to get out. It did prevent me from sleeping for about an hour until they left. Other than this one person being very disruptive which isn’t a reflection on the host everything was great!

Sara and Diego were very responsive and answered all of our questions. They were great hosts. The condo was spotless and well equipped for our extended family visit to UF for our daughter's graduation. It was an easy drive to UF and plenty of space for our extended family. Highly recommend for large families traveling to see students. Close to the whole foods market center to either walk or short drive. Lots of restaurants and shops. Thanks, Sara and Diego!

We were extremely happy with this great Airbnb. The place was spotless and very cosy. Having a balcony was a great touch - lovely for a morning coffee. The listing was exactly as is, kitchen had everything we needed and more. Great utensils, nice coffee, filter water etc. Milenni was a great responsive host, even allowing for a slightly later checkout. Literally couldn’t have asked for a better stay for a short weekend, we would definitely rebook if back in the area!

Maria‘s rental was just as stated in her listing. It was very clean, kitchen was well furnished, and the back seating area was so peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Also, Maria did a great job of communicating with us prior to, during, and after our stay. Would definitely rent her place again if we were in the area
