The house is located in the centre of the old medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community wood-burning oven and near the old grape press. The village is located at a height of about 500 metres at the entrance to the Vigezzo Valley, and the building overlooks the beautiful Ossola valley, opposite Moncucco and Domobianca.

The house is surrounded by nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. My place is good for couples looking for sports and nature or relaxation and tranquility. Possibility of seasonal/monthly rent for the winter.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.

L’originale risale al 1700 circa e veniva utilizzata come Cappella del villaggio; la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
