Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a paid electric vehicle charging station. The pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Piccola Casa (CIR00503700001) is a small antique village house in the old core of Cessole. The cottage was completely restored in 2018 and turned into a small design gem. The house impresses with a unique atmosphere and combines well-being with design and modern technology. Underfloor heating and a fireplace ensure comfort. It is also a real alternative as a workplace! The house is worth a trip in all seasons. The sea and the mountains are around the corner.

Roby's house - 1 apartment in La Morra (Pool)

For those who want to be in the heart of Barolo, near Alba but enjoy nature and absolute relaxation, Casa di Roby is definitely the ideal place. The newly renovated apartment is equipped with everything you need to give you a wonderful stay, on the balcony there is a small table. On foot, in just 5 minutes you can reach the village, with its supermarket, restaurants and bars. Great location for visiting the Langhe Tourist tax €1.50 per day per person.

Moscato House, Vineyard & Private Pool

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. Inside, it has a dining area with an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, all with an internal bathroom. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.
