Walking Distance To Mayo!

Enjoy the convenience of staying closer to the Clinic than most Mayo employees can park! The subway to Mayo is literally right down your street. This is a bottom floor apartment so no climbing a ton of stairs. This is a perfect place for those who value privacy and convenience. Home for the Traveler, a walk to St. Mary's

This place is located near the heart of Rochester, within blocks of St. Mary's hospital, very peaceful, cozy and private. A lower-level unit in an older home, plenty of windows and light, and includes a gorgeous bedroom with a fireplace, a full kitchen, a reading room, and a clean, updated bathroom. This home is also close to the Apache mall, the Canadian Honker and other local restaurants, coffee shops, and the walking/biking trail system. There is also Wi-Fi, laundry, and parking on-site.

Come and stay here, cleaner and way more comforts than any hotel. This apartment is clean and nice. It also has fiber optic internet, a desk, a big screen smart tv, a shower door w/ a heated bathroom floor, and washer/ dryer. This apartment is accessed through a common area laundry room. A park with walking paths, playground, creek, tennis courts, etc is across the street. Brooktree Golf and Downtown are a few blocks away. This unit is an exceptional value, more so for longer stays.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 1 block from the lake for kayak, biking and walking along with being 1 block from the Mayo Clinic hospital. Grab lunch at Jakes pizza or Taco King and maybe supper at the legion or the 112 On Broadway. For those that would like to workout Snap fitness is a block south. The apartment is on the 2nd level with 22 steps. Discounts for weekly (15%) and monthly (35%) stays. Cot added and stored in bedroom closet.

This cozy space has private, self-entrance with off-street parking at no cost...a mere 2.5 miles or 10 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic downtown. Located in a quiet neighborhood in northwest Rochester. Easy access to highways, grocery store, coffee shop, Target, restaurants and biking/walking trail.
