Welcome to our cozy retreat located steps away from the shores of Lake Barrett. This charming cabin offers 3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom a perfect blend of comfort and rural beauty. Our property provides an open floor plan, kitchen, washer & dryer. Embrace the great outdoors with a variety of activities to enjoy; bird watching, fishing, roasting marshmallows by the fire or snowmobiling in the winter. Cabeezoe ( half cabin / half gazebo )

Our cabin is nestled in a wooded area & is very private. 15 minutes from 3 different towns with Wadena being the biggest. There's a queen bed on the main floor bedroom and a queen bed in the loft bedroom. WIFI/ cable television are available. Can sleep with the windows open or use the air conditioning. Outdoor pets are welcome, no pets inside please. You will have a view of the pond & we see deer on a daily basis. We will supply bedding, bath towels, cooking utensils, plates, cups & silverware.

"The Hut" is a converted lakeside boathouse that includes a queen bed and half bathroom. Enjoy lake views, a private dock, canoe, bikes, propane grill, and 55-inch smart TV. Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. Joan and I live on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r." Diversity is welcome.

Don’t forget about fishing; Lake Osakis is a premiere fishing lake & the cabin is located on a Walleye spawning creek with its own private bridge! In the winter, snow mobile right onto the ice for fishing, or check out the nearby trails!
