House vacation rentals in Alphington

This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. Thank you Anna for sharing your interesting, fabulous, , iconic home. It was very large and comfortable with extensive crockery, cutlery and glassware, bed linen and towels. Exceptionally well equipped. We loved living in the 70’s and the beautiful outdoor area and pool was a bonus. My UK visiting cousins and I had a very relaxed and enjoyable time together in this lovely home and the area is great for the beach and the many Sandy cafes and restaurants, and of course the station.

We really enjoyed our short stay for a few days out of Melbourne. Lovely location just walking distance from a pub that had delicious meals. Was perfect for the wind down we needed. Excellent quality bedding making it very comfortable stay. The breakfast goods and freshly baked bread was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. The owners were very responsive and considerate. Highly recommended.

The landlord renovated the house and introduced the measures. I was very satisfied with the house. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

Wonderful stay in Port Melbourne, perfect for short or long stays. Spacious home with great natural light, cooling and heating. Fast internet, cozy bedrooms and clean kitchen with plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets all walking distance and was a perfect location for my time while attending the Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix. Highly recommend this stay, will be back hopefully the next time I'm up for the GP or planning a long stay with family. Thanks Gabrielle!

The noise and inconvenience of the massive building operation across the road. Otherwise it was comfortable and suited our needs to be near our relatives for the special occasion

Had my daughters 21st here. The best place to have a party without worring about noise restrictions. We had music blasting outside and karaoke going on inside till 5am. This place is such a vibe. Everyone asking about it and complimenting the place. Matt was very helpful and welcoming. He gave us a thorough walk thorough with everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend for your next event! You will not regret it 💯🔥

Loved our family stay at Frankie and Gills in Kew! A beautiful home with lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay very easy. A great space for kids with plenty of beds to choose from and toys to play with. Easy walks to playgrounds/parks and an easy drive/uber to the Fairfield boathouse where we attended a family wedding during our stay.

Marco was a great host. A perfect house for a large group.

Andrew’s place was perfect for our stay. We were across the road from the sporting tournament we had travelled for. There were excellent coffee shops, cafes & supermarkets all within a short 5 minute drive. The house was very unique with its decorations, furniture & artwork. The entire house was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. The shower & bath were both wonderful & the beds were very comfortable.

Great location, close to Tram and Acland St. It was perfect for hosting 2 kids and my parents, everyone had their place. Kitchen was very welcoming.

Such a lovely place to chill out for a couple of days! Gorgeous garden, comfy bed, neat kitchen. Didn't feel like I needed to do anything! Just a note for those that sleep really lightly or really early, you are staying in the bottom half of a family house and you can hear them talking and I'm sure they can hear you, but they were respectful and quiet in the evening and we were in return. Such a lovely leafy area too, and close to so many places, but far enough to be quiet! Just lovely.

Loved our stay here! It’s perfect location with great access to local shops, beaches and the city. Will be returning !
