Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Amden

For us this was perfect “home base” away from home full of old Swiss rustic charm and private. Very well equipped kitchen, home is spacious, clean and cozy, laundry room came really handy as well. Great location - away from hustle and bustle of Zurich but short distance from it and from the airport as well. Many great day trips possible within 5 min drive up to an hour drive. Grocery store 3 min walk away. Thomas is friendly and super easy to communicate with. We also found great restaurant 5-8 min drive - Gasthof zum Kreuz - shout out to the owner - very friendly made us feel like family - food was great, nice atmosphere and good prices. Grateful we got to experience it all.

We were warmly received and it was a pleasant stay. We were 2 families and had plenty of space. Our dog was also with us and was occasionally in the garden. Fortunately, it was also good weather, a lot of snow and a 30-minute drive is the ski slope for families Bodele-Schwarzenberg. Was really wonderful weather and if you are a starting skier, this slopes are more than enough. The house is perfect for families and has everything you'll need. The beds are good and otherwise it is neat. Thank you Andrea for your hospitality.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The location overlooking the Sihlsee is magnificent. It is also very quiet. The upper area and the bathroom in the middle are lovingly and completely renovated. The lower area (entrance, bathroom and staircase) is still rustic, which did not disturb us. The equipment throughout the house is very good. There was nothing missing.

We stayed in the accommodation for a weekend and were very satisfied. Good location, nice accommodation, very good flexibility and shops very close by. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay with amazing view, this place very close to ski for winter time and lake at summer time! Sauna is a big bonus, unfortunately pool was closed (I guess because it’s not a season), but I would love to jump into it after sauna😅!! Place was clean and have everything you need.

Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. We spent two very nice days in the apartment in Oberreute. Everything was exactly as described in the listing – quiet, clean, and cozy. We felt completely comfortable and were able to relax wonderfully. We are already looking forward to our next stay in 14 days if we return here again for five days after our Tuscany vacation. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

We felt very comfortable in the villa. Were there with 7 adults and 3 children, 1 dog. The four bedrooms incl. Bathrooms were great and could also be used as a retreat. The pool was heated and very large. The most beautiful is the living room with a long table - there was space for everyone and a very nice kitchen in which several people could work at the same time. The basement was great to be used as a playroom for the kids. The sauna was also great for warming up after bathing. The only thing that wasn't perfect was check-in. There they did not communicate with us that we had to pick up the key in another location (although not to drive far). But this was also just a tiny little thing that could have been better communicated. Otherwise, all questions were always answered quickly and kindly. Thanks for a great stay.

It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!

If you want to get out of the comfort zone.. then this is the place for you.. it's a quiet idyllic village zone... it's really something different than weekdays. Taking a free shower... take a flashlight to the toilet,which is about 30 steps away,which is in the big house... it was a special experience!:)the view of the lake from the car is fantastic... thanks for everything:)

Very nice apartment with great views of the mountains. Very quiet location. 20 min. drive from Bergün - 30 min. from Davos.

A beautiful, cozy house in fantastically beautiful surroundings high above the valley with direct access to the ski resort.

Maya's house is rustic, very quiet and well-equipped. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped, large shower with plenty of water pressure. The beds are large and comfortable. The house sits on the edge of a mountain village and - which is especially pleasant in nice weather - lots of sunlight throughout the day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything worked smoothly from booking to check-out. The apartment is very cozy and is located in a quiet mountain area. The view from the larger bedroom is remarkable. Clear recommendation.

A very cosy place in a cosy village just outside Zurich - ideal to explore both the city and the marvels of the mountains. Railway station is just around the corner, as is the lake with a marvelous view. The house has absolutely everything a family might need. The garden is so nice to sit out and enjoy the view to the lake.

My husband and I were super happy with the place. Great location with views of the great mountains. Breakfast on the terrace with mountain views. Starting point for great hikes. Nice uncomplicated hosts. And the apartment is great. We would definitely go back.

Great place and perfect for a ski trip with friends. Very convenient location just next to the slopes, very affordable and had everything we needed. Would stay there again.
